Martin has been with the firm since 2014. During this time, he successfully balanced full-time work with distance education, completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, majoring in Advanced Accounting, through Southern Cross University.

Martin was admitted as a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand in 2020. In 2021, he further advanced his professional qualifications by completing the Chartered Accountants Public Practice Program and the Registered Tax Agents Program. In recognition of his experience and leadership, Martin was promoted to Director and Principal of the firm in July 2022.

Martin has extensive experience in structuring for businesses and property investors. He advises on and implements tailored structures—including companies, trusts, and partnerships—designed to enhance asset protection, improve tax efficiency, support scalability, and facilitate long-term wealth creation in line with each client’s commercial objectives and risk profile.

He is passionate about helping clients grow and achieve their personal and business goals through clear, strategic, and practical advice.
