Charlotte Rushby is an Undergraduate Accountant at MJT Partners Chartered Accountants and is currently completing her Bachelor of Accounting at the University of New England (UNE), Armidale. She is working toward her long-term objective of qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Charlotte approaches her role with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to continuous learning. While undertaking her tertiary studies, she is gaining practical experience under the guidance of senior advisors within the firm.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending quality time with family and friends, camping and music, - interests that reflect her balanced and grounded approach to both work and life.
