Maddison began her career at MJT Partners in 2024, initially working in reception before moving into her current role supporting bookkeeping, payroll compliance, and end-of-financial-year tax return preparation. 

She is currently completing her certificate IV in accounting and bookkeeping. 

Maddison also brings a diverse background in the retail sectors, where she developed strong skills in customer service, inventory management, and effective team collaboration.
