With more than two decades of hands-on experience in hospitality and small business operations, Nicklaus offers clients far more than technical compliance expertise. He understands the realities of running a business—cash flow pressures, growth decisions, risk management, and long-term planning—and provides a wealth of knowledge that spans across many business types and industries.
